☕ Brewing Methods

1. Gongfu Style (Traditional Gaiwan)

   • Use 1 mini brick per 1–2 people

   • Water temperature: 90–95°C

   • Yields 15+ infusions, with 2–3 cups per round

2. Everyday Mug Style

   • Drop 1 brick into a mug

   • Refill hot water throughout the day

3. Thermos Soak Method

   • Add bricks based on the number of people

   • Steep for 10 minutes — ready to enjoy all day
