Order Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please notify us immediately.
Address changes requested after the order has been shipped may incur additional fees equivalent to the carrier’s reshipping costs.
(For the purpose of this policy, an order is considered shipped once it leaves our warehouse or reaches the forwarding warehouse.)

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Please ensure your order details and shipping address are correct before dispatch.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for the second shipment, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
(In certain countries or regions, reshipment may not be possible; local postal regulations apply.)

If a returned package is lost, discarded, or destroyed by the carrier or customs due to non-collection or delayed response, we are not responsible, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location where someone is available to receive the package.
