FAQ
Delivery problem
How soon will the products I ordered be delivered?
Make sure your order is of absolute high quality! All tea, tea sets and tea pets are transported from the original production areas. The process is as follows:
If your order includes tea pets, we need to go to a temple or Taoist abbot to pray for blessings (the shipment may be delayed by 3 days).
1.We have received your order. (The latest shipment date is the next day and it will be handed over to the local logistics company. By then, your order has been dispatched. Since it is the first leg of the express tracking number, we usually don't fill it in, so it will show an undispatched status.)
2.The order will arrive at the airport (usually taking 2 days).
3.The order will be arranged to fly to the destination and country (depending on the purpose and country, you need to wait for the flight with the nearest arrival time in your country, which usually takes about one week).
4.Then, the order will be air-freighted to your country (the time may vary depending on the distance. After the flight takes off or arrives, we will obtain the waybill number of your products. We usually fill in your shipping waybill number at this time, and then you can check it).
5.Arrive in your country and deliver (depending on the normal delivery time in your country, it is usually about 3 days).

TEA question
Where does the tea you sell come from?
At present, all of our tea comes from the ancient tea gardens in the primitive rainforest of Baiyun Teahouse
These ancient tea gardens have a history of several hundred years. We insist on having our own tea gardens, picking our own tea, and processing and packaging in our own tea factory. Never use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers! Tea lovers from all over the world are welcome to visit!
Why do your tea pets pray for blessings?
Tea pets are indispensable friends of Gongfu tea. Raising tea pets can bring good luck.
All the tea pets are made by hand by the master.
However, the empowerment ceremony must be completed at the abbot's place in a temple or Taoist abbot with an empowerment room; otherwise, the tea pet can only be used as a small ornament or toy.
All the tea pets were personally blessed by me at temples or Taoist abbeys, and a specially made blessing bag was given as a gift.
