Logistics policy


In order to ensure the absolute quality of my products, the tea is shipped from the origin of China,So after receiving your order, we may need 2-4 working days to process the order, and we will shorten this time in the future.
We have selected the best quality international shipping companies in the market to handle your order so that you can receive the tea you like faster.
Although the price is very high, we still want you to spend as little as possible on transportation, so we have decided to bear most of the transportation cost.
If your order is over $179, it will be shipped to your home for free.
If your order is less than $179, you will only be charged $14.9 per order.

Free shipping and taxes included on orders over ¥299.
Orders under ¥299 will be charged a ¥49.9 shipping fee, taxes included.

If the package is not delivered due to the recipient's reasons, the package may be returned to the overseas warehouse and the resulting redelivery costs will be borne by the recipient. So please check your parcel order in time.

 

Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please notify us immediately.
Address changes requested after the order has been shipped may incur additional fees equivalent to the carrier’s reshipping costs.
(For the purpose of this policy, an order is considered shipped once it leaves our warehouse or reaches the forwarding warehouse.)

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for the second shipment, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
(In certain countries or regions, reshipment may not be possible; local postal regulations will apply.)

If a returned package is lost, discarded, or destroyed by the carrier or customs due to non-collection or delayed response, we are not responsible, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location where someone is available to receive the package.
