☁️ What is a “Rong Tian” Teapot?

The name "Rong Tian (容天)" can be translated as
“Containing Heaven” or “Embracing the Vast Sky.”

This teapot is not just a shape — it’s a statement.

  • Tall, rounded shoulders give the pot a majestic silhouette.

  • The slightly inward-curving lid evokes the sky vaulting over mountains.

  • Its name expresses a classical Chinese ideal:
to be broad-minded, tolerant, and at one with the Dao.

Among literati and seasoned collectors, Rong Tian is a teapot that symbolizes capacity
of tea, of thought, and of spirit.

Highlights:

  • Original ore purple clay (Zisha): High in iron, dense yet breathable. The surface shows natural iron specks and tiny mineral dots — signatures of genuine ore.

  • Fully handcrafted: Made without any machine molds. The potter shapes each curve with patience, honoring the clay’s rhythm.

  • Compact 50cc size: Ideal for 1 people. Suitable for oolong, raw puerh, or aged white teas.

  • Stable stance, upright posture: Easy to handle, with a calm and centered pour.

🫖 A Pot That Holds More Than Tea

“Rong Tian” is not about capacity alone —
it's about holding space for moments of clarity, simplicity, and connection.
A tiny teapot, and yet… the world within.

“To contain the sky in the palm of the hand — that is the art of tea.”
A teapot for those who walk with quiet vastness.
