Collection: Tea paste(Cha Gao)

History of Instant Tea Paste (Cha Gao)
Tea paste, known as Cha Gao (茶膏) in Chinese, traces back to the Tang Dynasty (7th–10th century), where it was regarded as a refined tea essence enjoyed exclusively by royal families.   It was made by slowly boiling premium tea leaves, filtering the infusion, and reducing it into a concentrated form — a precious way to preserve tea flavor and aroma.
