2018 Aged Shoumei White Tea — Chocolate-Style Brick

Shoumei is the most suitable variety among white teas for long-term aging, and this 2018 vintage shows exactly why. Crafted with National Grade 1 processing standards, it has matured beautifully, developing a unique fragrance and depth only time can create.

Each tea brick weighs 30g, pressed into a chocolate-style shape that can be easily divided into six small pieces. Whether you’re brewing for yourself or sharing with friends, it’s convenient and perfectly portioned.

This tea can be prepared with any teaware. It is especially well-suited for slow simmering, but Gongfu-style brewing works just as well. Recommended ratio: 1 part tea to 30 parts water, with water temperature 90–95°C (194–203°F).

The liquor is clean and golden, carrying a strong floral fragrance and a layered, mellow taste that lingers through multiple infusions.
