👑 Jasmine Tea · Beloved by Royalty
Praised as “The First Fragrance of the World.”
Origin & Heritage
Jasmine tea traces back to the Song Dynasty, once cherished in royal courts and noble households. With refreshing green tea as its base and freshly bloomed jasmine flowers as its soul, this tea embodies a thousand years of craftsmanship.
There are two main styles today:
-
With blossoms: tea leaves mingled with jasmine flowers, both visible and aromatic.
-
Without blossoms: pure tea leaves, carrying only the flower’s fragrance.
Neither is superior—each has its own elegance.
The Art of Crafting
The essence of jasmine tea lies in the traditional process of “scenting” (Yin Zhi 窨制).
Fresh jasmine blossoms are layered with tea leaves, allowing the leaves to fully absorb the floral aroma.
-
The number of repetitions is called “rounds of scenting.”
-
More rounds yield stronger fragrance, but balance is key.
-
The finest jasmine teas preserve both the fresh vitality of the tea leaves and the rich floral aroma.
High-quality teas are often scented up to eight rounds, already rare and precious. Tales of “nine” or “ten rounds” are mostly legend.

🌸 Fresh Jasmine · Brew It Your Way
This Jasmine Tea isn’t just for hot brewing—it can be enjoyed in many refreshing styles.
Whether for daily hydration or a summer cooldown, there’s always a way to enjoy it.
🍵 Brewing Methods (use 3g of tea leaves)
Cold Brew
Add room-temperature water and let sit for 4 hours. Low-temperature extraction reduces bitterness and brings out a clean, refreshing flavor.
Direct Ice Brew
Use ice water to steep the tea, then refrigerate for 6 hours. Stronger than cold brew, with the aroma doubled.
Ice Drip Brew
Place ice cubes at the bottom, spread tea leaves in the middle, then cover with more ice. As the ice melts slowly, you’ll get a smooth, rich iced tea.
Hot-to-Cold Brew
Quickly awaken the aroma with 90°C hot water, then top up with cold water and refrigerate for 1 hour. The floral fragrance becomes fuller and more balanced.
