Because Lao Banzhang is rare and expensive, counterfeits flood the market.   To protect this thousand-year-old ancient tea garden, only those with deep partnerships with local farmers can enter during the spring harvest.   Bringing in tea from other mountains is strictly forbidden.

This tea is crafted from centuries-old trees deep within our private forest garden in Laobanzhang. Nestled in untouched rainforest, the tea trees grow in silence — no human disturbance, no chemicals, no artificial irrigation — only pure mountain mist and ancient soil.

Ripe Pu’er from Laobanzhang is rare, and this one is something special:
It opens with a deep, earthy richness, layered with notes of aged wood, cocoa, and dried jujube.
There’s a smooth minerality that lingers on the tongue, with a soft, warming energy that settles in the chest — comforting, yet powerful.
